I spoke with Mr*** on 10/about the closet door that was off of its track. I expressed my apologies that this had not been taken care of sooner. We agreed that we would try to have someone out while he and his wife were on vacation. Someone from our company was out to reset
the door on 11/4. I spoke to Mr*** today (11/9) when he returned from his trip. He said that when he got home he had to make adjustments to the door, but that it was working.
