Revdex.com:
I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. I would like to note the following:
1. I did not leave my ID behind. It was not returned to me. It is also very concerning that NO attempt was made to return it to me or at least the DMV. What would they had done with it if I had not pushed the issue? Do they have a lot of other people's personal identification too? If so, what is being done with them?
2. The proctor in question did leave me on hold without returning for over 5 minutes. I was concerned that I had been forgotten or disconnected so I hung up and called back immediately and was immediately sent to voicemail. The proctor should have called me back. I had already told her that I had called and left messages with my contact information so she knew how to reach me.
3. My conversation with the proctor in question was not my only attempt to resolve the problem. I called several times afterwards and left messages about this problem and the only time I got a response from this company is when I informed them that I had reported the incident to the Revdex.com. A customer should not have to go to such lengths to get a response.
Once my complaint had been emailed however, a senior manager contacted me to inform that they did have my license and apologized. He said they would return it by mail. I received license in the mail and I do consider the matter resolved. I just hope this incident prompts staff training. Regards,
