Ordered a gift of Sol Republic Amps Air through my husband's employer. The package showed up and someone in the warehouse had stolen the Amps Air out of the manufacturer packaging.

We worked with the employer and had not received any resolution. I just called Brainstorm Logistics and did not receive any helpful assistance. We are out of a 90 day claim window and they can't/won't do anything for the product that their employees stole out of the packaging prior to shipping them to us.

I hope that his company doesn't use this company again. We are out a set of $150 ear buds that we were going to give to our child for Christmas. Annoyed.

Review: I ordered the following 14 days ago.I redeemed 18800 United miles for the lady's hand bag. When I ordered this, it says it will be delivered in 10 days. It has been 14 days and 10 business days and it is neither shipped nor delivered.

The customer service agents have been very unhelpful.

There is no current issue with the order. The merchandise has been sent to the customer. The order was received on December 1, 2013. The merchandise was sent to the customer via next day deliver on 12/13/13 for arrival on 12.14.13. The customer was also sent a gift of a Bulova Crystal Clock for the complaint. The matter should be closed.
