I took my 2007 Jeep Commander in to have a broken lug stud replaced. when I went to pick up my vehicle the manager [redacted] told me that my rim was scraping against the brake caliper on the front passenger side. I have had my Jeep for three years without any problems whatsoever except to change a battery. When I left the Brake Masters I immediately heard a scraping noise. I determined that in fact my rim was rubbing against the caliper like [redacted] said. I have driven my jeep on camping trips and vacations and never had any problems until I got it back from Brake Masters. I got the scraping rim problem fixed on my own only to find out the alignment was out of whack. I took my jeep to [redacted] Tire for a wheel alignment which cost me an additional $70.
