Good job with our lawn but we this time during mowing they ate the cherries of our cherry tree. We would appreciate it if they asked us before they ate them. Always love to share them with our neighbors but this time they are all already gone.

I get great customer service. They are clean, professional and prompt. I go to Brake Masters for all my vehicle needs.

My father recommended me to this place because he previously had work done on this [redacted]. I needed quick service to adjust and bleed the brake system before leaving on vacation to [redacted]. They corrected the issue in an hour and my vacation was saved. I will say you must arrive early if you want faster service... As many people arrive just after opening... Looks as they have a big following with customers. So you snooze, you lose.

I first started going to Brake Masters in 2001. I was impressed that the owners knew the patrons by their first names. At that time, I had a [redacted] that was my baby, I knew this was the place for me.
When discussing the patrons' car issues the techs sit next to them, having eye to eye contact.
I now have a [redacted], it's never been to the dealership, will never go to the dealership as long as [redacted] and [redacted] are around.

My wife and I have been using Brake Masters since a neighbor suggested them over two years ago. Our [redacted] truck and [redacted] need TLC and Brake Masters provides just that.
The staff is great and quality of work is far above average. No surprises just good fast dependable service.

I always get the service I request and they don't try to sell me services I don't need. They stand behind their warranties . They provide fast, friendly service and quality workmanship.

Review: In Jan I took my car in because the low coolant light came on, the radiator was gelled. I wanted it flushed, they told me I needed a new one and the manifold replaced and other services my total bill was 1218.07! In Feb the low coolant light came on again, said I needed a new sensor, that was 212.11 including an oil change! Everything was fine until Sept the low coolant light came on again, took it back in thinking it was a bad sensor, they unhooked the sensor, told me to drive without for a week if the low coolant light stays off, it's a bad sensor, it did! Took it back in told me they had to flush the coolant and some other repairs for 250.00, Steve even told me he would work with the numbers!!! Something didn't feel right so I took it elsewhere and had the problem resolved!!! I really feel I was being taken advantage of because I am a female!!! And I am also wondering if I really needed a new radiator!!!!! I have been going to them for the last 5 years for oil changes and fluids checked NOBODY told me about the radiator!!!! I asked them about it and did not get an answer!!!!Desired Settlement: I would like at least half of the money back as I feel it was an unnecessary repair!!!

I personally contacted the customer to explain the services we recommended and about the Technical Service Bulletin regarding the low engine coolant level indicator on her vehicle. A radiator flush alone would not resolve the contaminating issue resulting in the coolant “gelling”. The vehicle had an oil leak at the manifold gasket and may have been the source of the contamination. Oil is difficult to clean or eliminate completely, so we flushed the system after replacing the radiator to clean the remaining components of the cooling system. The Technical Service Bulletin indicates that oil contamination can be caused from engine oil leaks, leaving deposits on the level sensor creating an insulating film. With the film, the coolant level indicator receives a false activation. When the customer returned with the low coolant light on, my new employee Steve didn’t realize we previously installed the temp sensor. I assured the customer that this particular part is under warranty and is replaceable with no additional charge to her. As far as inspecting the coolant with an oil change, we typically don’t remove the radiator cap unless there are signs of a coolant leak.
