Damaged wheels, studs, and lugs by over torquing lugs I went in on Sunday to have a repair discount tire paid for on one stud shearingThey told me they would inspect all studs and fix all broken onesAfter picking up my car I immediately started to loosen the studs to find what they have changedThey only replaced the one sheared stud and they left all of the others in place even though damage had occurred to all of them from too much torque and cross threadingI also found where they had over torqued a second time by finding the bolt holes in the wheel were now misshapen and more lugs had snapped offI went back to the shop today Monday May and they told me that they wouldn't fix it because they didn't see a problem with itI called the office in Tucson and a very rude man answered and said "We won't be fixing that" and when I asked to speak to someone higher he said he was the highest I would be speaking to

Work done on car caused other parts to be damaged including internal engine damage requiring additional repair Request payment for damage I took my car for regular service, oil change and inspection on June 17, to Desert Toyota The oil was changed and upon inspection of the car, the technician suggested several items to be serviced which included some gaskets replacements, battery replacement, and tires checked or replaced I subsequently replaced the battery at local auto parts store, and bought new tires at a tire store The car was then in good working condition except for the small gasket leak Having had some car work done before at Brake Masters, I decided to check having the gaskets replaced at Brake Masters on 22nd and HarrisonThe Brake Masters technician inspected the car and suggested a few things and I agreed to proceed The car only had miles more from the time I left the Toyota dealership to when I dropped the car off at Brake Masters I dropped o

I took my vehicle in to get looked at When I arrived I spoke with [redacted] and he informed that he needed to do diagnostic test and dye test to check the air conditioning He later came back and told me that there was no sign of a leak and all it needed was to more freonI was charged $for diagnostic and dye test and freon I immediately noticed when I turned the a/c on the air had a strange odor and the a/c was not cooling like it should Three weeks later I tried to run the a/c and it would not put out cool air I took my car back into Brake Masters and talked to [redacted] [redacted] needed to run a second diagnostic and dye test [redacted] came back with two rubber seals to tell me that there was a leak in the compressor they needed to be replacedI charged me $ The third time, I took my car back for the same problem It was blowing hot air again I waited for two hours and I was told they needed more time to look into why the a/c was not workingI told **

On 12/10/2018 (vehicle mileage at [redacted] Brake Masters at [redacted] E [redacted] replaced both front struts. I had been told by them that struts were beginning to wear. Total cost $457.30Just over 5 months later (X-XX-XX) I had front end aligned at another (non- brake master) shop. They stated on invoice that "struts are extremely week." I now take my car to a Toyota specialist. On 4/4/18 at [redacted] miles I was told "Front struts are after market and noisy. Passenger [redacted] in blown & completely covered in oil. Will need repair soon. So after about a year and a half or a little over [redacted] miles, right strut is blown & left one in likely not from behind. This is not the result of my driving. I am a careful & moderate driver. It is the result of an inferior product sold by Brake master. This is unfortunate because I used to trust Brake master and went to them regularly for years. However, is the last year of my going there I experienced several problems & no longer trust them

In May of last year I had this shop completely rebuild the passenger side front end of my truck, including the drive shaftHere recently I had a vibration while driving the truck that has gotten worse, even after I got it aligned, I took it back to the same branch that aligned it since I figured it was caused by themThey informed me that it was due to the passenger inner drive shaft came apart and that the tie rod was damaged and needed to be replaced due to being looseIn all to have the repairs done, that had allegedly been done correctly, it cost me $I called the shop, and was informed to call their warranty provider to get this service paid for seeing as how it happened just over a year ago and with less than 20,miles on the vehicleWhile on the phone, the warranty provider informed the clerk at *** *** that they would not cover the service, due to the fact that my repair had happened one month before they(warranty company) and Brake Masters had a signed contract

Had oil changed here for full synthetic oilTypically for full synthetic oil, the sticker was for miles, they only included for milesThen I called them and ask the question, why only a miles sticker is usedThe owner just yelled back " you can run 10,miles." and use fxxx wordand smashed hung his phone on meThis is ridiculousThis kind of business should be shut down

After looking for a trustworthy car repair shop, we came across Brake Masters website which states that they are the most honest car repair business out there and that they beat all other shops price wiseThey also claim to only repair the most important repairsWe found these statements were all falseWe took our vehicle in for an alignment and was told that a few things needed to be repaired before they would be able to align the vehicleFirst they said that our tie rods needed to be replaced as well as the rack and pinionWe told them to go ahead and do the tie rods and we would do the rack and pinion laterAfter picking up the car and driving it for a few miles, I noticed that the car was still drifting to the rightI gave Brake Masters a call and spoke to *** I told him that the car was still drifting to the right even after the work they had done (tie rod replacement and alignment)He said that it was still going to drift because we had faulty strut mountsHe later w

I went in with a issue of the check engine light was on (cylinder misfire was detected by Auto ZoneAlso, according to Brake Master's diagnostic I needed spark plugs wire setIt cost me $for this repairAccording to my receipt, the spark plug wire was replaced (set) and a Vps 3-part fuel system kit was also put inA couple of days after the repair the check engine light came back on againI returned to them and was told that I needed fuel injector which cost me another $About a week after the check engine light was on again but I was just too frustrated to return againThey guaranteed their work yet my vehicle is not running properlyMy check engine light is on again and per Auto Zone testing it yet has a cylinder misfire which according to them I need a tune-upThis is what Brake Master was suppose to doI am out of $and my car is not running properly and needs another tune-upHow can that be? Very disappointed with their service and repair

I was given poor customer service, bottom line I was given what I call lied too and the run around lip service by the store manager on Oct 28th around 11:00am
I asked to have transmission fluid added to my Ford Lincoln transmission which happens to have a Jaguar 3.9L engine in it
I was told they can do that but there would be a hour wait period I indcated I was OK with that and I would be required to sign paper work
I was asked to move my automobile and I did upon returning to give them my auto keys they started to fill out the paper work he asked for vechicle type model and make I told them Ford Lincoln L Vand Than I was told that they might have a issue with not having the correct transmission fluid since I indicated earliar on the engine has a Jaguar S in it.I said that has nothing to do with the TransmisionHe kept harping on about the jaguar engine I told them that was in it early on and was being rude to me and talked to me like Im some it and wa
