I still feel this does not compensate for the problems that their faulty labor caused damages to the situation at hand. I was just asking for a full refund on my charges for a job that was not performed correctly and it caused danger, loss of work time and fear.

My first experience here was overwhelming positive. I always dread going to an automotive repair business. I usually walk out feeling that I probably did not really need everything that I was advised to do. NOT THE CASE HERE! I thought that there was a problem with my brakes and fully expected to be told that I needed both front and back brakes. I also expected that more things would be found wrong. They checked my brakes and told me that I had 50% or more left and did not need it. I ended up only getting my oil changed and at a more than fair price. Customer service was great from my initial phone call on. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I went to brake master of Simi valley for a oil change. During their inspection they said I needed new brakes. I took the car to Toyota for Brakes, Toyota said my brakes were fine. That was 3 years ago. I went for another oil change at another place today 7-17-14. I was told today after inspection my brakes are still at 50%. I would not recomend brake masters as they seem dishonest to me.
