Our local Walpole Outdoors' branch has been in contact the customer to work on resolving the issue

We are in touch with the customer and the canopy vendor to come up with a resolution

I believe this to be an old response from the customerWe have to been in contact with the customer via email and phoneThe customer's response is quit different to us than from her Revdex.com replyAs of today, there has been a resolution

I have not received any emails from the business Someone called me right after I submitted my complaint and we agreed they would come and look at the fence and evaluate
the issues I described I gave them permission to look at the fence on my property and we agreed that I did not need to be present They were to contact me again after they looked at the fence I have not heard from them

We've been in contact via phone week of 7/and email last weekWe are waiting for a response from the customer

I have responded via email to *** His to percent discount offered on some but not all line items is not verifiable and if it did occur it was provided in the pre sales process to win my business in a competitive bid situation All or issues occurred post sales in the installation process I have notified him for this reason his offer of $off final bill is being rejected as it does not even close to covering the costs we incurred during the install He has not addressed any of the issues we faced and he has left me with a fence with dents, missing paint and the need to hire a company to power wash it

Please add your rejection comments below. I sent pictures of the canopy to their Estimator Manager and have not heard from him since.  This is a business that does not contact me unless I have contacted them.  I have not had any updates since mid-May; however, I experiencing e a second summer with a defective product. How long am I supposed to wait?  My suggestion...bring me a navy blue canopy that does not have dry rot and caps stay on the metal posts.  If they want to wait endlessly for a response from [redacted], that's their perogative...but not on my time.  I did receive a call on my answering yesterday.  I returned the call, but there was no answer so left my name and number on an generic answering machine...no business name or employees name mentioned.

I believe this to be an old response from the customer. We have to been in contact with the customer via email and phone. The customer's response is quit different to us than from her Revdex.com reply. As of today, there has been a resolution.

Per our discussion yesterday, we have been in contact with Mrs. [redacted] via email and phone many times. Until yesterday, when [redacted] called and emailed her again, we had not had any response from [redacted]’s voicemail. Today we received an email from her asking us to correspond through email. [redacted] is in the process of composing an email showing her the 20% she already received. Our goal is to resolve this issue amicably.
