My name is Don B[redacted] representative for Martin Auto Sales Clinton, MO. We received a complaint from the Revdex.com concerning a car sale that was made with [redacted] of Knob Noster, MO. The complaint number is [redacted]. We acknowledge [redacted] did purchase a 2000 Plymouth Neon around 6/9/2015 from us....

We received a call from her that same day telling us about the 02 sensor and she was told that we would pay for the repair of the 02 sensor she would just need to send us the receipt for when she had it repaired and we would take it off her last payment. [redacted] contacted us again around 6/20/2015 concerning the same 02 sensor we told her to have fixed (that we would pay for) and the anti-lock brake line. She said the highway patrol told her several things was wrong with vehicle and we just simply asked for the report. In our business when a car is sold on time the customer signs a form that they will carry full coverage insurance until the car is paid off. We received notice from the insurance company she obtained that her insurance had lapsed and that she never paid for the insurance. Because of that factor, we went and reposed the vehicle.  Because of our business wanting to make sure our customers are taken care of we want to make things right with [redacted] so we are willing to give back her $200 down payment and write her a notarized response stating she is no longer responsibility for the remaining balance of the 2000 Plymouth Neon.
