needed. Advised we are unable to install used catalytic converter, & SUV assembly will not fit on truck. Customer declined further work at the time, did not buy the converter from us, or have us install it. Vehicle also did not complete emissions monitors due to failed converter assembly. We never received a call or hear from customer again. As customer satisfaction is our top priority, if customer has any questions regarding diagnostic or repairs recommend, he is encouraged to call us or come in and we will do our best to achieve this goal.

Review: The business gave us wrong diagnosis when servicing our truck. I paid for the diagnostic, bought the parts, they replaced them, and then I took it to another shop who gave me a totally different diagnostic.Desired Settlement: All I want is my money returned to me.
