I have been using this provider for TV and internet since Apr and am very unhappy with them Firstly on the Friday of a long weekend my account was due and they cut off my service at 8am I then paid the account over the phone with them at 11am and they said the service would be on in half an hour When I got home from work at 6pm it still wasn't on and I was unable to get in touch with them for days On Dec 17th they sent me an e-mail saying they wanted a payment on the 18th because they were changing their billing system and on the 18th they went into my bank account without authorization and took their money I hadn't even seen the e-mail One week before Christmas this was quite disturbing When I called customer service their first response was that I'd missed a payment Then when that didn't work, they said "we sent you an e-mail", as if sending me an e-mail gave them authorization to access my bank account Do not give this company your banking information!!!!

I use VOIP with them, The phone is OK, But they charged me time from my credit card in month, When I call them I have to wait 1-hours and then they cut me off , 2-time the same and finally I get through and talk to the guy, He explaine charge for last month Nov2014, charge for this month Dec2014, charge for next month Jan2015, and charge for my long distanceThey charge me a total of $in month for a VOIP home phoneand they charge me on the 1st of every month, even Nov-01-they already charge me onceIf they do that to all their customer they will be Billionair in year, It's better than rob the BanksI definitely not recomended to any one, be a ware

I've been with them for a while now, and personally I like itIts cheaper then most places and if I have an issue they resolved itthe website is a little annoying but besides that I use them for my phone and internetI will prob use their tv too soonHands down great guys

this company has the worst customer service I have ever seenwhy? essentially no one is available to answer your questions and deal with your complaintsyou are on your ownMy internet has been disconnected and I have been trying to find someone to speak to and get it reconnected to no avail
I have tried to contact them to end my relation with this company still no one available just unbelievable
a few dollars discount is not worth the trouble

I have been with this company for a yearOne time I missed payment and they cut my services when I have a $security deposit that they charge me in the beginningI tried calling them about times between pm to pm after my work to find out what the problem is all about (since I did not know then) but hey won't pick up the phoneI took a day off thinking that maybe they are only open during my work hoursWhen I finally get in touch with them they said someone will call me back coz that is not the department that deal with the issue (they only have options which I tried all numerous times)Took them two weeks before I finally had my internet backAfter several months they cut it againIn respond to their e-mail I asked that I be sent a billing paper so I can pay it at my other bank....they did not send me any...call them around times but as usual never get a responsethen finally I got in touch with them told them about my problem and wanted to know when my contract will be finished but then again they said they will call me back, I checked my bank statements and to my surprised they charged me double the amount without my consent...still don't have internet till this time..I went their office before and the door has something like a security lock before they let you in (if you are lucky)I took a day off today hoping I could get in touch with themstill not able to...Now I decided to go right at their office which is about minutes drive and hoping they will open the door for me
I am a busy single father of teenage childrenI spend time to this letter hoping that I could help other people when making a sensible decisions in their quest for good companies

Originally liked service even with a few problemsWent down hill with service unless you like to sit with a phone in your earThey forget that you have to use another method to callis no good when you have a problemRecently tried calling when they are supposed to be open, calls and each message said they were closed! I used service for over years and they recently put through an increase in monthly charge of over 50%They are no longer close to being competitiveWhen I inquired about an app to extend my phone use, that was another major cost (/mth.) Other VOIP providers were offering it free I have gone from a happy customer who helped sell the product to a very upset customer who they are not interested in looking afterEasy conclusion after I finally got through with cell phone today as my phone still hasn't been fixed after three days with no phoneI called again today and reached a customer service rep who did nothing after I complained about the changes to the billing system and the 50% increase to my monthly invoiceHe did say he would pass on the complaint re phone not working, but still not fixed hours later! I also have sent emails and additional messages through "online requests"No one has contacted me by email re no phoneI have just tried to reach someone again by cell because I have no phone service but no one answering

Service is ok if you don't need customer service. Billing department is very hard to reach.

My small business and myself have been a client with Brama for 7 years, and my overall experience has been very positive. The service is of a high quality and the price is very competitive. My registered credit card has NEVER been over-billed.

I would notice the recent situation with their switch to prepaid billing, which caused the credit cards to be billed twice in one month, but when I called, the patiently explained what happened and the fact that if and when I cancel I wont be billed for the last month. Their customer service reps were awesome, patient, and polite with me...I can be aggressive on the phone sometimes when I press my point.

I must note that most service providers bill in advance..see [redacted] that just billed my for Feb-March, or [redacted], if you are on prepaid. So I dont see any problem here. I have dealt with a few companies like Brama, and must say that Brama is more professional and less messy than many others. I was upset when they charged mt twice in Nov 2014 because of the switch to prepaid billing, but made an effort to figured out the situation. Whoever is cancelling Brama, let them see the type of service they ll receive elsewhere; they ll be back, or they are merely cancelling because they dont need this service, which I would understand..I just cancelled [redacted] cable after many years, as I just dont need it anymore, not because their service or [redacted] are bad.

I would like to submit complain regarding the Bramatelecom comp.I signed up an agreement with BramaTelecom in 2008 to provide our home telephone services. The service was ok and I have payed reasonable monthly fee, which was charged monthly to my visa. In August 2014 when I was offered to start purchasing an internet service by BramaTelecom's representative, I paid $85 per month for internet and telephone service. In November, BramaTelecom suddenly charged over $300 instead of usual $85. I called to complain and got the explanation that it was a system error and $300 would cover 3 months service, in January 2015 it was charged for $85.00 despite the promise of Brama employees not to get any payments until February 2015. in later it was billed $175, now I cant get any respond since july 1st, :( I sent several emails and phone calls -no respond

Trying to help others to recover their lost phone numbers disconnected by Brama...Our small business has lost all phone lines for 3 weeks. The lines got disconnected by Brama w/o prior warning. No company succeeded to port the numbers, inc [redacted]. But I called CRTC complains dept, they seemed to be aware of the problem, and they referred me to
http://www.[redacted]/ who successfully restored and ported our 2 numbers in 9 hours time. And they charge less than Brama for our virtual PBX and Linksys PBX box-driven land line.

Terrible service. Our phone connection is down regularly. The phone line cuts off after 1 hour. They have regularly overbilled us multiple times and then informed us that it will take two months to reimburse. They do not reimburse even after those two months. Their customer service does not respond so we have tried to cancel our service but can never get through to anyone via phone, their website, or email.

No one respond to any complaints. Their contact phone lines not working. I send so many request to get technical support but no one help.
