*** is completely incorrect and is basing her whole argument around two productThe first one is frosting tipsShe said we never sent her frosting tips, yet she has never ordered them and has never paid for themHer argument is "why would I order frosting bags without tips" -- we don't know,
but they weren't on the order and were not paid forAfter much complaining on her part, we kindly sent her two frosting tips for free so that she could be appeased. The other dispute was for the Men's Fragrance KitThe kit comes with fragrances, but because of the dividers in the box, there is space for fragrancesWe didn't short her, there was only in the kitHere's a link to the kit: *** I'v attached pictures of the inside of the kit, plus ***'s order history with the zero value frosting tips and no evidence of any other tipI've also included screen shots of my emails to her trying to resolve this issue, the first one of which I've attached her order history just as I have here. Please let me know what else you need to resolve this complaintIt's as frustrating for us as I'm sure it is for her
