lexus but they failed to mention that we would need a kit to hook up the steering wheel controls
This was my first and last experience with kensProfessional prices and substandard serviceI spent and not happy with the experience

I don't normally like to complain about places, but I recently had the displeasure of doing business with Ken'sFor starters, they were told to notify me an hour and a half prior to coming over, so that I could make arrangements at workThat didn't happenThe installer showed up hours earlier than agreed upon, and said that he could not come back at the scheduled timeI had to leave work (use earned leave) to allow the rude service member into my home only for him to roll his heavy tool bag onto my brand new floorHe damaged planks of brand new laminate that I had to replaceHe then proceeded to ignore my instructions I provided about my speaker stands, and ruined themAs a result, I had to get on a latter and turn them upside down on the standsBasically, the speakers no longer sit right side up on their stands, because the installer ignored my clear instructionsHighly frustratingI have called and complained and no requests for follow up have been fulfilledUltimately, my opinion of the customer service is abysmal
