Nissan Rogue 2011, [redacted] Purchase price $16, Following complaint was lodged to Brampton North Nissan on April 10, A reminder was given on May 3, But did not get any reply I am sorry to inform that my experience with purchase of Nissan Rogue was not a good one I have had a [redacted] experience with your finance lady, [redacted] who [redacted] me to add extended warranty worth $and medical insurance of about $ [redacted] These additions, increased the cost of the vehicle by more than $and monthly payment of $After the deal, I repeatedly requested to cancel the extended warranty and the insurance, but she was not willing to do thatI then personally contacted the insurance company, who immediately agreed to cancelBy the time I contacted your warranty dept, it was already late, they said that they could cancel the warranty and arrange refund only within days of the deal [redacted]
I purchased a brand new Nissan [redacted] less than a year agoonce I had decided on purchasing the vehicle and was sitting in the business office I was offered a number of warrantiesI was unsure and asked many questions with regards to these warranties because I didn't want to get ripped off on something unnecessaryI was essentially told that because its a Nissan it wasn't initially built to handle our Canadian winters and If I didn't want the car to rust I need this highly over priced rust protection warrantyI had said okay but at this point I had yet to officially sign anything on the day of delivery I had gone in before taking position of the vehicle, and before finalizing paperwork I had said I want to remove the rust protection due to the fact that there is a year manufacturer warranty that covers this anyway(which was never mentioned to me at any point) I was then told that they cannot do this, to bad for me I have to get these warranties because I had said I
I gave my Nissan Quest for service at 8.00AM on October 19thThis was after their technician looked at my vehicle a week back and then booking the appointment at 8.00AM on Oct 19thToday is Oct 20th, 12.00AM I am still waiting to know when the vehicle will be ready, how long the work will continue and how much I will have to payIt's like a gun pointed on my headThe problem with the vehicle was there was some noise coming thru the air grilleThe blower/motor needs to be cleanedThe service manager sounded like deliberately misleading meI don't know when or how I will get my vehicle back
Brampton North Nissan has inexperience service technicians that have worked on my Nissan Pathfinder and have now made issues with my vehicle and will not take accountability for their work They are quick to sell you a new vehicle but when there are issues and you request answers they brush you off to contact Nissan Canada as they say they don't make the vehiclesWhen you contact Nissan Canada they tell you that they contact the dealership and whatever the dealership says is finalTheres no investigationThey cover themselves and do not care about their customers after you have already purchasedThey try and sell you another new vehicle once they create issues on your current one instead of resolving the issues

On July 17, sale of the *** ** was finalizedUpon inspection of the car again, my husband and I pointed out that the cargo tray was missing which was originally there when we first looked at the car on July Sales rep, ***, assured us that it will be there by pick up date - July 20th
On pick up date, my husband was told by sales rep that they still need to order the cargo tray as they have misplaced itAlso, he only handed one set of key - claiming that he told me there is only one set of keyWhen I called to clarify, he changed his story saying he told my husband
After talking to the manager, the resolution that they came up with was that something had to give - we had to choose between the spare key and the cargo tray, which is unacceptableThe tray was there when we initially looked at the car and was promised to us that it will be part of the saleThe key issue was not disclosedSomething to take note: we didn't negotiate on the selling price at all
I purchased rust protection warranty for years for $on new Nissan *** and two months ago visited them to show many spots already rusted
They sent me to their bodyshop for estimate, nothing happened, followed up, was told have not received any estimate yet, asking me going back there, I did, they examined the car, took pictures and after two weeks, Called the dealership asking the result
I was told, your car not covered and we told you in begining which made so surprised
She completely denied her earlier advices to me to get estimate
She had no explanation why all these obvious rust are not covered
Very rude, dishonest and disappointing
I want either they honor their warranty or my money back
Thanks
