Chris was to repair driver side headlight. He said water is inside and ruined the wiring. He called, said my car is ready. After I paid the bill, he walked me to my car and said " the igniter that contols the headlight is bad". He showed me how I have to turn the switch on and off until the light come on and that he's going to order the igniter anx call me to bring my car back for him to replace it. That was on December 20, 2019. January 6, 2020, Chris said the part was in. I arranged for my car to get to the shop. The shop called, my car is ready. Get to the shop, Chris said " they sent the wrong part. I sent them a picture of the right one ,I,ll call you when it come in. Chis have not called me. I,ve continueously called the shop. My light most of the time don,t come on. My car failed inspection and know I have to pay some other shop to fix what I,ve already paid for. I want to get my money back.

BRANDYWINE INSTATION INSTALLED ( 3 ) TRANSMISIONS TO ADJUST TO MOTOR ( UNSUCESSFUL ) SO THEY TOWED THE CAR TO BRANCH ELECTRIC FOR PROGRAMING OF THE TRANS TO MOTOR ( UNSUCESSFUL ) MR . CHRIS T ( TECHNICIAN ) JUST GIVE EXCUS AFTER EXCUS OF THE REPAIR ! I JUST WANT MY CAR BACK .

I had my car towed to Branch Auto Electric on 4/17/2019 because it would not start. On April 24th, I provided information on what the dealership believed were the needed repairs. Over the next month, he made some repairs and was able to get the car running but it was the parking brake module that needed repair because the car would not move. He determined the problem was due to water damage and the insurance company became involved. He continued to promise me and the insurance company that he could complete the work in a timely fashion. He milked my insurance company to the tune of $3400 and the car was not repaired. The insurance company provided a rental car for 30 days. By the time, the insurance company got involved he only had one module to repair. On June 1st, he said that he was right at the end and the car would be fixed in one week. I paid $179.92 for a car rental because he went over the 30-day rental agreement. After realizing that Chris was incompetent in completing the car repair, I got the car insurance to agree to tow the car from Branch Auto Electric to *** to complete the repair. When I went to retrieve the car from them 0n 7/8/19, he informed me we had to settle the claim with the insurance and that he had towed the car to *** to have the RF Hub reprogrammed. After setting the insurance, I went to *** to give them the claim info to complete the repairs, I notice the front, driver’s side was damaged and it appeared the car was hit causing headlight misalignment and scrape marks on the front quarter panel. Chris was in the *** service manager’s office and I asked him what happened to the car and he said he would check with his intake person to see if they saw prior damage. *** provided a $1625.20 estimate for the damages. I took the estimate to Chris at Branch Auto Electric and he refuses to pay for the damage. I have a photo of the car when it was delivered to Branch Auto Electric from the tow company, showing no prior damage.

I took my car June 2017 to get checked at Branch Electric because something was draining my battery and my headlights would cut on by themeselves and stay on even when my car was turned off. After picking my car up I noticed the issue wasn't fixed a few weeks later once I drove my car, which I was charged $807.43. So I took it back to them again letting them know I was having the same issues. Mike who initially worked on my car said he check it out again and call me with an update. After calling him back a few time he mentioned to me that I needed a relay switch that would cost me another $790.49. I asked Mike if that would fix the issue with my car to go ahead and fix it. I picked my up in July and parked it for a few months. When I went to drive it again I realized for the 3rd time I was still having the same electrical issues. I called Mike again to see when I could bring it back he told me asap because my warranty was going to expire in a few days so I dropped my car off to him the next day. A month pass by and my car was still in the shop I called numerous time only to be told that Mike was always busy or wasn't in because he was sick. Finally that last time called I was referred to the Manager Chris. I talk to Chris explaining to him what was going on with my car and that I've already paid twice to have this same issue fixed. He told me he would check my vehicle and once he was done he would call. I never got a call so I called him he then told me a sensor was bad and my rear view mirror needed to be replaced and he could fix the mirror for $150 and the sensor was about $900. I told him I shouldn't have to pay again because I payed for this same repair issue twice already. He said he was going to look over my paperwork to see why I initially bought it in and call me back and I haven't heard from him since. They replaced and changed things I didn't need and charged me for it. I called several times for him to only be told he was sick or busy and he would call me back and never did.

I needed to have my car repaired for a EMISSION CHECK, my engine light is on. I have taken it to 3 AUTO REPAIR SHOPS and was told, after they checked with their computer diagnosis I needed a EGR VALVE to fix the engine light but 2 of the AUTO REPAIR SHOPS after checking my car told me I do not have a EGR valve in my car. One mechanic told me my car (2002 ***) was made without a EGR valve, there are no EGR VALVE made on my car, I was told to take it to a Electrical shop or to a *** Dealer to get it repaired. I took it to BRANCH ELECTRIC, I told them I need the engine light fix so I can go thru EMISSION CHECK. I called the mechanic I had just left on the phone and he talked & explained to BRANCH ELECTIC what was going on with the car, that it had no EGR valve place to install a EGR valve for that years, 2002 Automobile. BRANCH ELECTIC told me I still had to have it checked by them for $115. I left the car on FEB 14,18 and on Feb 22, I still do not have my car or a phone call. I have called and called I talked, to him once he said he was going to start working on it the next day and would call me the following day, then when I call his secretary would tell me he will call me, or he is out the ofc, he gone home for the day. I never got a call about my car's electrical check. I believe he has put people before me when I was their first which is not fair because I am a senior & a woman. I want the same SVC as anyone else. I went to Branch Electric on Feb 23 he wanted me to wait, while he complete my car. He only care about the $115, but not my car or time. I want my car back, so I can take it to a real dealer who will fix the car so I can pass EMISSION without all the stress. He has not completed my car, now is telling me the very same thing the mechanic told him when I first brought the car in. It need a computer & it has no EGR VALVE. I do not want him to fix my car, just give it back with no $115 pay, for very poor business & job check svc and not much customer service.
