I am confused what they wantWe sent a document with our last response showing a claim was filed by *** customer, *** ***That was in response to being accused that we filed a "fake claim"Later on the customer(*** ***) decided not to move forward with the claim and we resolved everything including removing the *** reportWhat more is the carrier looking for? Claim has been closed, all reports removed and carrier was paidNothing left to discuss

Please see the attached claim that was filed by our customer showing that this was not a "fake claim" like we are being accused ofWhen the claim was filed we put the carrier's pay on hold while we investigated itThe carrier immediately denied any responsibility for the damageOur legal team
handles 100% of our claims so we did not bring them in because of this claimWe have removed our report on *** now that our customer told us yesterday that they will not continue to pursue this claimWe are paying the amount due to the carrier immediately and request that this matter be closed

Not to mention the hours spent on getting this cleared up. Then magically there was no insurance claim after they swore up and down there was. people can not be doing things like this.
