The website for this business advertises that they do free estimates, and then proceed to let you know what the problem is and how much the parts and labor should cost This is associated with a $service call fee The gentleman that came out to conduct this service call refused to actually even assess the issue All that he did was confirm visually that the faucets were in fact leaking and then suggested replacing them He assured me that if he began actually looking at any of the plumbing that he would have to begin charging He began to give me price estimates, but assured me that he would have to consult someone else at the office as he was not sure This follows being told at the initial service call faucets were leaking If the plumber would not actually look at any of the plumbing, what is the purpose of a service call The gentleman then let me know he would have to charge more than the service fee, because he had been talking to me about the job for twenty minutes

I wish I had read the reviews on Revdex.com but thought they would do as good a job as they had done in the past about 8-years earlierIf you decide to go with this company, I HIGHLY advise you to get EVERYTHING quoted in a "Professional" estimate, as far as exactly what is being done, the cost of such, dates work would be done, ector you will regret it laterThey quoted me with an estimate (very vague estimate) for plumbing repairs which also included a new replacement toilet, but because they got upset when I complained to him (the owner) about never knowing when or if someone was coming to do the work from one day to the next, the owner tried to say that it was not included in my estimate, even though it wasHe instructed his men not to install it which I felt was in retaliation for complainingThe owner knew that I was without use of this toilet for more than weeks!! The only way I got my toilet was to refuse to pay them unless the job was completedI could go on but the list of complaints is much too lengthy I would never recommend this company to anyone!!
I had a water main break in front of my house. I made a call to A&L Plumbing who made an appointment for the same day. The city requires a permit and also some updates inside the home in order to replace the water main. A&L took care of all of it, purchased the parts and installed them. The plumbers were punctual, courteous, and very efficient. They completed the job in a few hours and had my water running. The entire experience was excellent! I would highly recommend A&L Plumbing for all your plumbing needs!!

This company installed plumbing for a bathroom and did a great job. So we contacted them again months later when we needed help with a kitchen drain. As expected, they did a great job. We appreciate their prompt, courteous and efficient service.
