are committed to assuring that all of its properties provide great service and quality accommodationsThis guest’s comments have made us aware of an instance when one of our properties did not meet a valued customer’s expectations We regret that the guest had to contact you and our office regarding HIS/HER concerns with the property Each property is independently owned and operated under a franchise This means that the property’s management is responsible for meeting brand standards and for day-to-day operations. I spoke to the GM and he advised me that he can not show the cameras to guest at any timeHe states that guest was told that she will need to call the police and he will cooperate with the police on the cameraHe states that the hotel isn't liable for any damages, lost, stolen, or left behind itemsHe greatly encourages the guest call the police and he will cooperate with themHe states that he recommends the guest does it fast because he doesn't know how far the camera go backAs of the refund, he states that he was never told that they checked out earlierTherefore he will not be able to offer a refund. After thorough review, we feel the best resolution will be achieved by direct communication between the property management and the guest Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
