Like others have said, Dennis comes off like a good guy when doing the estimate but he's a straight up liarI wanted everything in my yard cut bak to my fence line because I'm putting in a poolI mentioned that my neighbor had gotten estimates to take out a large tree, part of which was hanging over my yard, and told him the cheapest priceHe said since his men and equipment would be here already to do my yard, he would combine the the two jobs and beat their priceAgain, like others have said, as soon as they got here my neighbor wanted to make sure they were going to grind the stump like I was told, and the foreman (I guess Hermie) said no, they were just supposed to take out her tree and cut back the two trees behind my garageThe price we were paying was not enoughShe told him if your not going to, the deal is offAfter ten minutes on the phone with Dennis, he came back and said OKA couple of hours later, the tree is mostly gone and Hermie tells my neighbor that he can't fit the stump grinder through the gateHe might damage itShe tells him knock it down, I'm getting a new fence next weekWell, would you believe that it fit right through that gate with no problem While they finished grinding the stump, they collected our moneyThen they left, leaving the two trees behind my garage untouchedI called Dennis and he told me those trees were never discussed, but if I offered his guys some money, they would take care of it So don't tell me that I'm confused DennisI'm the one that called you to clear the trees in my yard for a poolNot to pay you to have my neighbor's tree cut down, and then hire someone else to cut back my trees

August 2018: A summer microburst took down our giant mesquite sending it tumbling across the road, blocking access to all traffic, as well as causing a second mesquite to list dangerouslyBranching Out came within the hour, with lots of manpower including the owner, ***, and did a tremendous job of chain-sawing and clearing debris, all within one day
November 2018: This was a planned job of cleaning up three trees, including an enormous mesquite that had been long neglected in the HOA areaThe tree surgeon, ***, did an amazing job, beyond anything we could have envisioned, but there was way too much to clear in one day so they returned to do an excellent clean up
All in all, we highly recommend Branching Out Tree Service for both routine jobs and emergency work, with accolades to the office manager, ***, for his coordinating abilities and much more

We had three trees pruned by Branching Out Two trees were fine, but one mesquite was excessively pruned, even after the crew was instructed regarding our wishesWe feel that the appearance of our back yard was greatly diminished as a result Also, there was quite a mess left for us to clean up including oil splatters from their tools found on pavers, plants and sidewalks, and our decorative metal gate was scratched to the point that we are going to have to repaint it While the crew was courteous and the owner did offer an apology and $back, we would not recommend this company

A great group of guys came to work, and they did a fantastic job in pruning three large trees while protecting all the items in the rear yard, and then cleaning up so that it appeared that they were never even thereJust a really professional business to have come and work at our home

Branching Out Tree Service recently removed a huge mesquite tree from our property It was a beautiful tree but it was too close to our house and the branches had grown out over our neighbor's roof and our roof From the estimate process to cleaning up our yard, this company was professional, friendly and competent We did a lot of research for a good company and we found a great company! I needed two dead trees removed from my property and called for a quote from Branching Out The Manager came out within the estimated time frame, immediately gave me a reasonable quote and followed up with an e-mail estimate which I accepted The work was performed on the day promised All company personnel were friendly and professional The work was done quickly and accurately and the clean up was beautiful The trimmers even were careful to respect my young saguaro cacti and other plants quite near the dead trees I will use Branching Out again

We had Branching Out remove two trees and grind both stumpsThe Branching Out team was obviously experienced and the trees were taken out quickly and the wood removedHowever, while grinding the stumps, a landscape light was damaged and the wire cutWhile we were promised it would be repaired, we were very pleasantly surprised when Branching Out owner himself came to replace and install the light, repair the wire and at my request, trim a few more roots that were crawling under our patioThis level of professional customer service is so appreciatedI would recommend them highly
