The products are of very good quality I have loved every item that I have purchased from Brand It Boutique I read the complaints on this site, and I have to say I just don't believe that this is the whole story I have ordered many, many times from this website over the past year, and ALWAYS had a good experience I know that sometimes shipping takes a little longer if you order when there is a sale going on But it says that on their website terms and conditions, so I expected it Besides, the prices are GREAT! I don't mind waiting a little longer I for one am glad that their business is doing so well Thank you Brand It Boutique!
Do not believe anything Brand it boutique says! I placed an order with this company on June it is now October and they have still not shipped me my products I've emailed them times with documentation to prove it with only reply saying it would be shopped with the next week in August They credited My account when I placed the order THEY SHOULD do something about this problem I demand my shirts be sent or a complete refund
I ordered shirts on June 3rd and they took my money out of my checking account on June 4th I have sent emails and they have answered On the 3rd email I received from them they said my shirts would be shipped within days that was in September and I still haven't received them I've tried calling and no one will answer the phone
I ordered two shirts from this company back on June 7thIt is now September 28th and I still have not received themThe last communication I received from this boutique was on August stating that my order would ship within the next five business days I have contactred them twice since asking for status with no response I am a very patient person and understand the process of supply and demand At this point I have been waiting more than weeks with no end in site

Ordered May 2015- as of Oct 2015 I have still not recieved the items I paid for. I have sent 6 emails and only received one response stating it would ship soon (this was in August)
Have received a refund or any communication. Do not use this company
