Review: March **, 2013 purchased a couch and two chairs with ottoman at the cost of $3212.96. After a delivery delay of over three months received the furniture with damaged cushions on both chairs verified by the service man. After.at least ten phone calls and store visits no success in receiving cushions. We are seniors ,80 years old and need help in obtaining. Cushions.Desired Settlement: Replacement cushions or full refund.

Brandname furniture is aware of the situation we have been in contact with the distributor and the consumer **.&[redacted]. There was a delay in the cushion cores that [redacted]&[redacted] have been waiting for the cushions finally arrived in the distibutor's warehouse.The distributor advised us that we would get the replacement cushions on our next delivery. The delivery then was delayed due to fabric delay on a different order and that the cushions would be delayed also.The distributor would not fedex the cushions to us they said it would have to be shipped with our next shipment.I advised [redacted] & [redacted] of the situation and that we are working on this and that it is confirmed that the cushions will be here in 3 weeks from this date 3-**-2014. We are very sorry for any inconvience that this may have caused [redacted]&[redacted] but we are doing everything possible to rectify the situation.

Thank you for your speedy response and action taken on our complaint. We have read their response and are willing to wait another 3 weeks(after waiting almost a year) for the cushions. But if they are not here by that time we want two chairs picked up and fill refund as last promised by [redacted]. Only wish their response was as quickly as yours.

Brand name furniture received the new cushions in for [redacted] on 4/**/2014. I setup a service for him on 4/**/2014 so his new cushions could be installed. My service technician called me asked me to order a new cushing casing so I did and that should be in the week of 4/**/2014. Brandname is doing what we can for [redacted] to satisfiy him again brandname furniture applogize's for any inconvience this may have caused him and his wife.

Review: I Purchased a chair from the new Brand Name Furniture Store in [redacted]. It is the same owners as the Bohemia location. [redacted] is the [redacted]. I dealt with him.

I purchased the chair on 2/**/13. 4-6 week delivery. It came in 14 weeks. I told the delivery men the chair didn't look right. They said "We just deliver". I went to [redacted] who first sent a contracted

repairman. He said it isn't bad "That's how they build them". I went back to [redacted] and requested that he come and look at the chair. He sent his cousin , who works at the location with me to look at the chair. We took pictures of the chair, with a level on it to show that the chair frame is bent or broken. The cousin said" This chair must be replaced it was not built right" Didn't hear from [redacted].

Went back to [redacted] , He will send [redacted] , the Manufacturer. After 4 weeks of trying to get an afternoon appointment. I get a Sat appointment which is now going on" 6 months". NO SHOW.

Frustrated I go back to [redacted]. Not his problem. It'the Manufacturer. I said I was his customer and he was responsible. He told me when I purchased the chair. "Satisfaction Guaranteed"

I told him if I went to court I would take him not the manufacturer. He said "Are you threatening me , Get out of my store."Desired Settlement: Apology and Replacement or Money back $543.13

Review: I ordered furniture (sofa loveseat and chaise) on February *, 2014 and as of today have not received it. I was informed that I would receive the merchandise within a 6-8 week period. After the initial 8 weeks, I called and spoke with * a the main office in [redacted], only to be informed that the weather was bad in the South which delayed the production of the furniture. He also informed me that I should receive my furniture at the end of April. At the end of April, I visited the store to look at the fabric swatch to match the color against a carpet. After being unable to locate the swatch, I was assisted by a young lady who called the main office for help. They informed her to tell me that the furniture won't be delivered until the 2nd week in May. Here it is the second week of May and I am being told that weather is a factor yet again. I told him that is not a good excuse and was told well it's on the truck but they won't ship it until the truck is full. I went to the office today to get a refund and was informed by * that because it was a special order I am unable to cancel and that there was a delay because the fabric was unavailable. When I asked why wasn't I informed about it, he tells me someone should have called. This is the third extension I have provided the company and after 3 months of waiting with nothing but excuses I no longer wish to do business with them. I am demanding a full refund because they have wasted my time and I am tired of the poor excuses!Desired Settlement: I want the company to give me a full refund so I can move on from this horrible experience!

Review: On August * I ordered a Coaster desk chair. I called several times checking on the order and even as of this date (8/**), cannot get an answer when the item will be in the store. The receipt states that there is a ". . .48 hours notice for any cancellation. . .". I called yesterday and left a message via voice mail to cancel my order and I followed up today and actually spoke to a man. I reiterated my notice to cancel my order and he said that I can't. He explained that they have three weeks to get the merchandise that I ordered. That information has not been provided to me previously. I informed him that I disputed charge with VISA, and he replied, "That's okay. We'll win the dispute anyway." I don't want the chair -- certainly not from this firm.Desired Settlement: Respecting the 48 hours notice of cancellation per the receipt, I want the order canceled if the chair is not in and it is beyond 48 hours after my notice of cancellation (which would be tomorrow, August ** at 8 pm.)

He ordered a chair back on aug.* it was a special order and can take 2-3 weeks however he called aug.[redacted] and wanted to cancel at that point the order was placed already and if he wanted to cancel he had 48hrs from the time of his purchase to cancel. However he said he wants to cancel and that he was calling his credit card company to charge it back. I recieved the charged back and I did not dispute it.
