I finally received my replacement warranty iron minus the water pour cupGood thing I kept the one that came with the original iron

The customer part for her coffeemaker was on a backorder situation as she stated in her commentsWe do apologize for the delay however we do not charge the customer on a backorder status until the part or unit becomes available and is shipped therefore there is no refund due at this timeIn order
to resolve this we have issued a new coffeemaker out to the consumer for the inconvenience she has encountered trying to order her carafe. Thank youGregory Hall Client Services

To Whom It May Concern,The consumer's model is currently on backorder. We are expecting them in stock on 12/15. We contacted Mr*** via phone and left him a message advising him of the backorder. We can offer Mr*** a refund if he does not want to wait for the
backorder. We will reach out again to Mr*** in regards to his replacement. ThanksGreg

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is disappointing at best. They had told me before that it had shipped. I did not believe them. Now they are saying it is on B/O and will be in on the 15th. I will wait and see if/when they will fulfill their promise of replacement. That is all I can do for now - wait and see. At this time, I do not yet concur that this matter has been resolved. Thank you for your help thus far
