Review: I had my eyes checked at the Brande Saad Group. I talked with Dr. [redacted] about getting contacts. I stated that they have hurt my eyes in the past and he said that he would take care of me. If I had problems he stated that I could exchange them for glasses. I told him that they have to be the glasses that change in the sun. He said that would not be a problem. I had major problems with the contacts. I paid 179.? for the contacts and when I returned them they will give me 89.? back. I am not able to exchange them for glasses, which I need really bad. I only want to deal with Dr.'s that stick with their word. I would not have gone there if he had not stated that he would take care of me.Desired Settlement: I really need glasses so I would like to be able to exchange the price I paid for the contacts for glasses, the kind that change in the sun. I would like to have an even exchange as stated by the Dr. in the beginning. Thank you for your time.

Review: On Feb of 2013 I purchased a pair of $500.00 eyeglasses from the Saad Group. about 8 months later the arm of the frames fell off Broke. It took them almost 3 weeks to get replacement frames and after 1 day I noticed the top of the lens were popping out so they ordered another pair of frames and the same thing happened rueining the $400.00 Lens The new frames were not the same as the origional ones as they had a indentation in the arms and my origional ones did not. They finally said come in and they would replace the lens and after talking me into a new pair of glasses at Discount cost me $354.oo I have now have frames that cost $85.oo He charged $160.00 have manufactureing defect in the hinges they ordered a new pair of frames and showed them to me and the hinges worked perfectly. and after putting the lens in them I noticed that the arms hinges were very tight just like the old ones. I questioned them about this problem and they refuse to replace them. I have been back there neumerious times and each time they tighten the hinges to where I cant even close the arms up. The arms after a few days start to flop around loose again. Now they are trying to tell me that my insurance will pay for a new eye exam and $50.00 towards new lens and frames when My Insurance actually pay fro the exam and $100.00. NOT $50.00. I originally needed a 135 length arms and they gave me 140 The glasses keep falling off my face and I have cheap reading glasses with better frames than these $250.00 pair he is trying to say nothing is wrong when even his front desk people found a defect in the hinges that he refuses to acknowlidge. These lens have a terrible glare day and at night, they scratch very easily and I PAID FOR NON GLARE LENS also. I an disabled on a fixed income and now pay 80% of my fixed income on rent. these frames and lens are garbage for what I paid for them. He ruined my first pair of lens and replaced them with garbage lens and frames and charged top dollar for both because I wanted top dollar glassesDesired Settlement: I want my glasses replaced completely or my $190.00 1st pair + $354.00 2nd pair refunded so I can go to a real Optometrist and afford to not get ripped off, bait and switched, and get glasses that is worth the $1000.00 he got from me and my insurance. I did not lay out my SSI money for expensive glasses just to be stuck with garbage lens with bad glare and frames that flop off my face all the time. I want the frame warantee honored and the lens that I paid for.
