full disclosure situation on having multiple potential buyers on the truck at the time of him going to get financing When he returned the next day to put a binding contract together with payment We had decided to go with the customer that was willing to pay the full asking price of the vehicleI do understand his sadnessAs we loose cars weekly to other dealers willing to pay more for vehiclesBut since he decided to not put a deposit on the truck, there was no binding agreement other then a potential customers "word” on coming back…Sadly we hear that a bit in this industryWith this in consideration, I would appreciate this complaint to go away, and extend are apologies to this “would be customer” for not getting to purchase a very nice DuramaxIt should be noted that we offered to find him another oneAs well as this business is a first come first pay businessSincerely, David M*** CEO Cheap Cars and Trucks

I am rejecting this response because:In responce to the dealer's reply, we feel the need to address several complete and total fabrications made by himFirst of all, at no time were we informed that there were other potential buyers on this vehicleWe were never asked, encouraged or advised to put any deposit down on the vehicleAt no time did anyone at Cheap Cars and Trucks did anyone even mention that there was a possibility of someone else even interested in that particular vehicleI even returned later the first day to pick up another bill of sale form with an adjusted purchase amount and met the owner on the way out the doorHe threw a sales pitch at me concerning the vehicle in question and when I got in my car, I laughed at my fiancé and said "He doesn't need to sale me on the pickup, I'm all ready sold"He never once said anything about another buyer or advised to put a deposit on itWhen we returned to the bank with the bill of sale form, the bank told us we were approved so I called the dealership and told the salesman Warren that we were approved and I would be back in the morning to purchase the vehicleHe never once said anything about another buyer. The next morning when we got there with the check to purchase, Warren never once made any offer to help us find another vehicle or even apologized to usHe was incredibly rude and dismissive to usWorst customer service I've ever experienced.
