Branded Lead Generation Reviews (7)

In response to this complaint, it is important to note that the consumer who alleges ‘SPAM” does not understand the difference between legally compliant email marketing messages that he optto receive, and illegal SPAM in which the sender is typically not identifiedAlthough Branded Lead Generation does not send any emails ourselves, we do hire third party marketers to deploy legitimate advertisements to their olistsAll emails contain several ways for the consumer to opt-out and stop receiving such ads, although the complainant did not initiate such action outside of this complaint according to our recordsThose methods include both an unsubscribe link or a physical address in which to postal mail an opt-out requestIt is possible that is these emails landed in his “Junk” email box, and as such, the opt-out links were likely deactivated, had he not dragged the email into his inboxRegardless, we have added this consumer's email address to our global suppression list that all of our email Publishers are required to scrub against by contract, prior to deploying email offersWe hope this resolves this matter, but we have no idea where or how many times this consumer may have optto websites he usedIf he has other emails he would like to opt-out, we will be happy to add those to our do-not-contact list as wellRegards, Branded Lead Generation

Revdex.com: My take is that Branded Lead responded with legalese nonsense trying to blame the aggrieved party in order to avoid all responsibility for their obnoxious marketing schemes I have unsubscribed from their marketing many timesI would not make a complain to the Revdex.com unless I was being inundated by Branded Lead’s tactics of spamming me with so much marketing it has gone way beyond obnoxious Unable to stop this unwanted intrusion through filters and blocking software supplied by my internet provider, I have asked the Revdex.com to let Branded Lead know that when I “opt out” of their marketing that means I no longer wish to be deluged with advertisements for their products This is a huge societal problemGovernment regulatory agencies have not caught up to the technology that allows this unwanted intrusionIt is the very same as if I had telemarketers inundating me with phone calls If a company such as Branded Lead does not understand that this will lead to nothing but bad publicity for their company (as I intend to inform the internet community of Branded Lead’s obnoxious marketing tactics) then they will never understand customer satisfactionI have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that, should I no longer receive future marketing from this company, this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved Regards, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com:
My
take is that Branded Lead responded with legalese nonsense trying to blame the aggrieved
party in order to avoid all responsibility for their obnoxious marketing
schemes.

I
have unsubscribed from their marketing… many times. I would not make a complain
to the Revdex.com unless I was being inundated by Branded Lead’s tactics of spamming me
with so much marketing it has gone way beyond obnoxious.

Unable
to stop this unwanted intrusion through filters and blocking software supplied
by my internet provider, I have asked the Revdex.com to let Branded Lead know that
when I “opt out” of their marketing that means I no longer wish to be deluged
with advertisements for their products.

This
is a huge societal problem. Government regulatory agencies have not caught up
to the technology that allows this unwanted intrusion. It is the very same as
if I had telemarketers inundating me with phone calls.

If
a company such as Branded Lead does not understand that this will lead to
nothing but bad publicity for their company (as I intend to inform the internet
community of Branded Lead’s obnoxious marketing tactics) then they will never
understand customer satisfaction.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that, should I no longer receive future marketing from this company, this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
