I found Seals in the yellow pages, so I called him to move a trailer from St Rose to New SarpyHe met with my husband at the trailer to see what was needed, gave us a price 2,that was to move the trailer, and set upSo on june 30th he showed up hooked up to the trailer and wanted his money because he doesn't want to get screwed!!!! So I gave him the money, got my receipta few hours passed he comes to me and says that he need bricks, I told him I didn't know anything about bricks because that was in the set upit took him all day to move this trailertoday is the 25th of july and we have called this man daily to come and get the trailer leveled and tied downI am so sick with this man Mr Seals!! Yesterday he told me he was coming to get it all doneI told him that if he wasn't here by that I was calling the Revdex.comhe got so mad and started yelling at meI need the job to get done

MrS*** was hired by us and paid $3,to move a trailer from Mississippi that was almost an hour awayHe did get to the job immediately, but during the transportation process a window was broken from the homeMrS*** assured us that it was no big deal and that he would repair itOnce he eventually set the trailer up, he left it there unblocked or anchoredHe did send some completely different people to block thetrailer up but we have not recieved the anchorsIt has been about months now and this is the only thing stopping us from passing inspectionWe tried several times to contact him but when he finally did answer and was very rude and unprofessional about itHe even stated that it wasnt up to him to anchor it after lying repeatedly about completing the jobMe and my husband are business owners and all that we ask is for the windows to be repaired as well as the anchors installed

We utilized Branded Screen Printing to print our logo on 30 safety vests we provided. All the vests were shrunk at least two sizes. They deny any fault have not responded to my complaint.Desired SettlementWe would like the vests to be replaced with something we could use.Business Response Contact Name and Title: [redacted], [redacted]Contact Phone: 775-453-1921Contact Email: [redacted]@brandedscreenprinting.comWe have very specific guide lines for customer provided items. The very first thing we do is have a customer sign a release for stating that if any damage occurs to their item, we will not replace it. We definitely don't deny any fault that the vests shrunk. It was a direct effect of the printing process, there is no denying that. We have printed thousands of safety vests, and never had these issues. We print on specific vest we know will, and have worked before. That way we never have any issues. All that being said, we would still like to fix the issue. We weren't ignoring the complaint. My wife and I had a baby the day after the issue was brought to our attention, so we kind of had other things on our minds. This is the first I've heard of anything since the vests were picked up. We would be happy to replace the vests with one that we know will work. Please contact me directly, and we can get your replacement vests made immediately.
