Very dissapointed after all the running and gathering things they needed on my days off from work and paying the reservation fee. I was informed that I need a cosigner due to my lack of rental history ( I had never rented before) and my credit score. Knowing that I had to make 3x the amount of rent and getting a loan for up front cost... my cosigner had to make 6x the amount of rent which to me is ridiculous that someone had to make $5000 a month for a $550 a month apartment. And the sad part is that my cosiner and myself are disabled vets!!!!
