June 29, Loco Fun Jumps Coors Blvd SW Albuquerque, NM Revdex.com Jefferson St NE Ste A Albuquerque, NM Re: complaint ID [redacted] This complaint is a classic example of a he said, she saidService on June 13, at 1:30pm took place at the [redacted] Park Our delivery driver, who has worked with us for many years, whom we value and trust in his opinion, delivered the jump and tables and chairs to Ms [redacted] The contract for services was signed by Ms [redacted] , she was given a copy of the contract and the jump was set up, inflated and cleanedOur driver explained to a gentleman at the park how to shut the generator and the blower off if the weather was to get badThe gentleman understoodAs my driver pulled away there were kids bouncing in the jumperHe never refused service at any pointHe was called an hour later to pick up the jump, but he was unable to get back to the park due to other scheduled jumpers needing to be dropped offHe arrived to pick up the jumper at [redacted] Park at approximately 4pmAn email for the paid invoice was sent later that dayWe do not have printers in our trucks to give to clients as a receiptIn the emails sent to Ms [redacted] , it was explained that on our contract, and in previous emails, that once a jump is set up, we do not offer refundsHowever, I understood how weather can be frustrating, so for a fee, to cover the labor and fuel costs, we would be happy to reschedule(Email is attached) There was never going to be an additional cost of $but rather a $chargeWe tried calling Ms [redacted] and left messages to try and resolve the issue, but she did not call back as she had stated she wouldAll communication has been through email which is attachedRegards, Loco Fun Jumps

Our delivery driver, who has worked with us for many years, whom we value and trust in his opinion, delivered the jump and tables and chairs to Ms. [redacted]. The contract for services was signed by Ms. [redacted], she was given a copy of the contract and the jump was set up, inflated and cleaned. Our driver explained to a gentleman at the park how to shut the generator and the blower off if the weather was to get bad. The gentleman understood. As my driver pulled away there were kids bouncing in the jumper. He never refused service at any point. He was called an hour later to pick up the jump, but he was unable to get back to the park due to other scheduled jumpers needing to be dropped off. He arrived to pick up the jumper at [redacted] Park at approximately 4pm. An email for the paid invoice was sent later that day. We do not have printers in our trucks to give to clients as a receipt. In the emails sent to Ms. [redacted], it was explained that on our contract, and in previous emails, that once a jump is set up, we do not offer refunds.
