phone. We have been in direct contact with his wife, *** ***. Ms*** also holds Power of Attorney for Mr***. *** *** is the researcher on this case When Ms*** received Mr***’s letters, she responded to each by calling *** *** and leaving a voicemail explaining the current status of the case and why we had not yet sent a copy of the signed agreement back. That explanation was - This case involves a large family with difficult research, we are continuing to research and contact your extended family members. Many of the people we have contacted have been non-responsive and have not returned their forms so we have been unable to move forwardI personally called *** *** to address her and her husband’s concerns. *** said she had not received the voicemails. I apologized for the confusion and frustration. I discussed the status of this case with *** and how our firm will proceed on behalf of her husband. I believe I satisfied her concerns. I also wrote a letter today that is being sent to both *** and *** ***. The letter essentially restates the conversation I had with ***. I explained the situation from our end and apologized to *** for the confusion and frustration. The letter also includes further information on the case going forward as well as an additional formI believe effort was made from our firm to respond to *** ***’s two letters when they were received. Previously, our contact had only been with ***’s wife. The researcher thought the best way to respond was to contact *** directly and explain the case situationI believe that we have adequately resolved the complaint.
