Review: I purchased a Buckingham tree and pole climb on 10/23/15 and I could not use it because of lack of experience so I went back to Brandman's on 11/10/15 to return the item and they refused to take it back.Desired Settlement: I think the business should be able to have customer guaranteed satisfaction.
