I got a car from this place and it has been the worst mistake ever Got my car in Aug, it is now October and I have only driven my car for about days or soMy car had a problem, they took it in to be fixedThey gave me a script saying that my car needed a piece and they were waiting for the piece to comeCome to find out they tell every one thisI have been in lender cars which they put my plates on the lender car (that's illegal)Then I was told my car was at another dealership getting fixedThey sent it there, got the diagnostics , took the car back and tried to fix it themselvesThis has happened two timesIn the course of me just going to the dealership to get info on my car, I ran into over people with the same problemsAll the cars engine lights are onJohn is not the salemanvreal name , Russell (big boss) is never thereHe always disappears when there is a problemThey have pending cases with the state police as wellThis place is horrible and needs to be shut down ASAP!

Mr.*** was in contact with me for few weeks about his part and I requested from him a picture of a connection for the part on the bottom to plug in
We as a dealer have no exes to bmw manufacture part numbers and there is a different models for this part, can't tell witch one is the proper part with out contact the original owner with the bmw parts department !!!!
I have called Mr.*** about times never got a call back
With out the orginal part we can't get the new proper part for his bmw !!

Russ is flat out lieing about his return calls. I called daily only to get the answer he is at an auction and will call you. I will produce call logs to verify that he is lieing to the Revdex.com. This part he sent again was the same broken part that was shown to me back in June. It is easy, call BMW and order my part like you and your sales rep John promised over and over. He is trying to play games with this. I had to originally replace the starter which was $500. They need to act like mature professionals and send me my part that was promised by both John and Russell. It's that simple. By Russell admitting in his response that they sent the same part, he obviously has admitted to agreeing to send me the part. Now make it right and send the correct one.
