Apparently the impossible is possible, because no matter the weight of the packageI DID NOT receive more than keychains. The business is basically calling me a liar and stating that I am trying to get more free keychains. I promise you that I am not. It is a sad day when a customer's word can't be taken as truth. I waited just over a week to contact the company because of the fact that the invoice stated "sample" and I was under impression that I would be receiving the remainder of my order soon. When I did not, I called, emailed, and instant messaged the company. I am very saddened by the fact that this company will not even consider the fact that for some reason, unknown to anyone but the overseas person that packaged the product, this package was marked as weighing a certain weight that it clearly did not weigh. I know for a fact that *** ** does not re-weigh packages that have already had postage paid for and attached. Unfortunately, this company does not want to rectify this issue. I will continue to give negative reports regarding their lack of customer service and lack of integrity. What ever happened to the customer is always right? I'm not saying that they always are, but they should be treated like they are. I have been treated like a lying, conniving, customer that is only looking for a handout. SadObviously one measly customer is not important in the grand picture for this company. I expect to be treated with respect and understanding, but this company did neither

We received a letter of complaint by Revdex.com ID # [redacted] for
our order number [redacted]
We were surprised the client stated that she did not receive
the full amount of the product which was ordered, 285...

silicone band key chains.
She made this claim 2 weeks after the shipment was
delivered, if she had noticed 24 - 72 hours after she received the bands were
missing we would have looked into the issue immediately. 
After she did reach out to us, we verified with our
production department and with [redacted] that the entire amount of 285 key chains
were sent out.
The client was already receiving 140 for free, and we're not
sure if her intentions are to get more for free by filing this claim but our
records and [redacted] tacking label clearly states that she received all the goods.
She states that anyone can enter the weight in the [redacted]
label, but once a package is picked up by [redacted] that weight is adjusted by them
and was confirmed that the package weighted  4.9 pounds.
Its impossible that she only received 85 (what she claims)
and the weight of the package was almost 5 pounds, these are extremely light
weight.

We do believe
in great customer service, and had we defaulted in any way we would be happy
to accommodate the customer.
What
do you suggest we do next to resolve this issue and move forward, we don't want
this claim to affect our future clients perception about our company.
