not the only waterproof laminate and was a $1.00 more a square foot.  Ms. [redacted] did not use the flooring that he recommended and in fact went with a more expensive flooring.  She told Mr. [redacted] to stop his work due to her not having funds to complete the work that was being done. Attached are numerous text messages between the two where she states how pleased she is with the work being done, and also her Facebook post of the work being done and how pleased she is and would recommend Mr. [redacted] to anyone. There was a complete change in her attitude once Mr. [redacted] asked for the remainder of the payment on the work completed.  It wasn’t until then that she started to make accusations that things weren’t right and she was having issues with the work that had been done. She says she paid Mr. [redacted] almost $7,000 in labor and another $4,000 in materials.  To date she has only paid a total of $5,794.00.  Mr. [redacted] spoke with her and her banker at the beginning of the project to discuss the funds she would need to complete the job.  He never spoke with her banker about the funds in her personal account. As for the judgment filed against her on March 13, 2017, attached is the complaint where it shows the correct address for Ms. [redacted].  However, the clerk, when preparing the summons put 1[redacted].  Mr.  [redacted] did not know about the incorrect address on the summons until August 30, 2017, when he was also informed it had been rescheduled for a hearing on October 10, 2017.
