What an outstanding company!! They are extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeableThey tell you what they are going to do and they do it! ***, our sales Repwas greatHe knew the product and answered all of or questions and concerns, recommending just the right amount of products to solve our mold problemThe installation crew was top notch, keeping us informed throughout the project and doing a complete and professional jobI wish I could name all of them but ***, ***, ***, [redacted] and others certainly represent what true customer service is all aboutThey definitely exceeded my expectations and I sincerely felt that they also were proud of what they had accomplishedIt was obvious that they work hard and take pride in their work

I have been a customer of Regional WaterProofing since My satisfaction has been great until this year I had my annual maintenance appointment schedule on 08/24/ When my husband came home from work he called me and told me it looked like no one had been there I called Regional at 5:pm and got their closed message hours are from 7:am until 5:pm message I pressed message #and left a message that it appeared no one had been there and to call me so we could reset up the appointment if no one came That was on Wednesday 8/24/and no one had called me back on Thursday by 5:pm so I called again I got the message that they were closed and yet it was only 5:pm Hung up and called back and still got no one Left a message on #this time Friday I was called at work at 5:pm after I had left for home I sent an email to *** *** and did not expect a response until 09/06/since it was a holiday weekend *** did call my husband on Tuesday 09/06/and told him *** the technician who was supposed to come to my house would call
In the meantime I had called the company that morning and spoke to *** I think She said *** had been there I said he usually leaves us a bill on the door and he didn't which made me also think he had not been thereShe said she would check into it I agreed to go ahead and give them the benefit of the doubt and paid for the service
During the weekend I went under the house and checked the filter in the dehumifier and it had not been changed which is what bought me to email *** I have pictures and the dirty filter if you would like to see it I got a filter and changed it myself Also since this is in a crawl space I find it hard to believe that he went under my house since none of the spider webs were disturbed I cleaned them from the door before I went under Also we had a lot of rain this summer and one summer night the alarms were going off so we couldn't sleep and my husband went into the crawlspace and took the alarms off of the sump pumps and laid them beside of the pumps so we could get some sleep They are still lying beside of the sump pumps so I don't know how he checked to see if they are working when they are not on the pump
When *** called my husband and we question the visit and the bill *** openly admitted he had not changed the filter because he was out of them but yet he still charged me for it and when we ask for a refund for the filter he refused and said he would give it to us next year We did not agree to that since we did not get the service we want our money back Mr*** told my husband he would check into it and get back with us It is now 09/12/and we have not received our money or even a phone call I paid them $in good faith that they would keep their annual maintenance appointment and I still don't believe he showed up at my house since the alarms are not on the sump pumps and the filter had not been changed I feel I have had $dollars stolen from me The alarms just lay in a circle on top of the pumps, something anyone checking an alarm would have had to lay back on the pump to check the alarm
I am very disappointed in the service and the company's lack of even trying to appease me I feel cheated Needless to say I am no longer a happy satisfied customer

He knew the product and answered all of or questions and concerns, recommending just the right amount of products to solve our mold problem. The installation crew was top notch, keeping us informed throughout the project and doing a complete and professional job. I wish I could name all of them but [redacted] and others certainly represent what true customer service is all about. They definitely exceeded my expectations and I sincerely felt that they also were proud of what they had accomplished. It was obvious that they work hard and take pride in their work.
