I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***Please add your rejection comments below.
The Town of *** CT and the *** Police Department have been patient and optimistic to try and resolve the issuesThe outdated technology as purported in the response is on the Vidtac end not the Police Department endI find that the Town of *** whom has been working diligently since to complete the installs after failure with VIDTAC and pleading by Brandon CopSync to continue to be patient and work through there issues uses the time and warranty excuse. I don't think it is unreasonable to expect that taxpayers dollars be reimbursed in full for a system that NEVER WORKEDI can submit numerous emails if necessary showing the acknowledgment of the failuresBrandon CopSync further states they are a resellerThat may be the case, but we did not purchase the system from a factoryWe purchased the systems from Brandon CopSync and expect that they would stand behind what they sell.?

We understand *** ***’s frustration with the product but he fails to relay all of the facts in his complaint. First, we have provided significant on-site and phone support to help him and his agencyHowever, as diagnosed directly by the manufacturer of the product [we are simply
the reseller], there were network issues caused by outdated technology that was making the product work at less than the optimal levelIt is unrealistic to expect a full refund when the product has been supported so well and it is now out of warrantyWe are working with the *** and the agency to arrive at a fair solution and fully intend to make a concession to himOnce again, it stretches the bounds of credulity to believe an agency would stay with a product for two years that was uselessWe are disappointed that his complaint ignored many of the pertinent facts
