I will bring it back in to be looked at, but I cannot go without a car for a week at a time (as has been the case in the past)I have five kids and my husband travels so I need a minivan and I do not think it is fair for me to have to pay for a rental when these issues still have not been taken care of

I am rejecting this response because:I do not accept their resolution“The Diag fee gets waived if the repair ends up being the key with the *** warranty.” Huh? Are they going to make up a story that it’s something else? This is ludicrous, I should not need to go in for a third time. I’ve worked with this company before and I end up having more trouble than when I went in. They have already deceived me out of $and I’m not going to give them an opportunity to do that again. In fact, I would like to change my dispute amount to $ (the $plus $530.89)In November when I got the new key, they also looked at the truck for a leak and I was told that the return and supply lines for the power steering were old and cracked which I got replacedWhen I picked the truck up from them I couldn’t drive it off the lot as it had no power steering at all. I was told there must be air in the line and they needed to keep the truck overnight. The next day I was told the steering pump was broken and they replaced that. Keep in mind I had no trouble with the steering until I brought the truck into Brandon Dodge. Tried to pick up the truck and the new pump they replaced wasn’t working and they kept the truck and replaced the new pump When they had to put in another new pump I was told the pumps weren’t working because the power steering rack was broken. As I had no trouble with the steering before I brought the truck in and all this trouble began when they changed the return and supply lines I was told I could pay the $(which they say they gave me a deal on) or I could come pick up the truck. Which would mean having it towed because they couldn’t but it back to the way it was when I brought it in, with the steering working greatNineteen days, pumps, a power steering rack, and $later I got the truck back. The truck continued to leak and I brought it back in February and was told the pump wasn’t working, so more days and more pumps later the steering appears to be fixed. I believe they broke the pump when they replaced the return and supply lines and apparently the steering rack wasn’t part of the problem as two pumps after the rack was replaced also broke and I would like a refund of the $530.89. I don’t wish to go through the experience of multiple trips in and out again. I had to bring the truck back times, they had it for days, I do not wish to encounter a similar experience of with a key, I already went back once for it

I went to try to trade my car in like the manager said and they wouldn't do it without a giant down payment. When I went in there they had a different amount than I am paying for the car and we called the bank and they have the higher amount, so it was definitely added on at the dealership. I have still not even able to use the warranties that I was coerced into buyimg. I also still am trying to get a tire fixed that has been a problem for me since day one. They are telling me I have to used the road hazard warranty, shouldn't that be a manufacturer warranty, since it has been a problem from the beginning?
