This place has the worst customer service. I have been falsely charged for services I tried to cancel, the person who took my information when I changed my account info after having my security breached, was fired the next day and never entered my change of payment. I have since been bullied when I have tried to call and make payments. I moved away and have no way to come in and sign my contract. so they continue to bill me... I try to reach the managers for help squaring away any debt in good faith and they are NEVER available. I get told that I am "too broke to pay my bill" and my information is shared with the entire staff, I am in the customer service industry and understand how to treat people. this certainly is not the way. Shayne needs to stand up and stop putting his employees in the line of fire.
