BFC just finished a remodel/addition on mine and my husband's houseThe communication was phenomenal with [redacted] and [redacted] , his office managerOur house is gorgeous! The old part of the house looks like new construction and you can not tell where the addition was addedIt looks like it has always been thereThe quality of work is amazingAnother thing I would like to add is I have MS so this house had to be something that would accomodate the diseaseHe went above and beyond to make sure that my home would be my forever home and accomodate any need I may haveI have handles in my tub and showerI have railings on my front porch steps and my doorways are big enough for a wheel chair should I have one in the futureFor a business to care and accomodate a special need with such respect is more than I could have asked forThank you to Brandon Frank Construction for our homeYou do not know what it means to us!

We love our new sun room!!! Brandon Frank Construction removed an old weather-beaten screened porch and added a sun room across the back of our ranch style brick home It is absolutely gorgeous From the very first meeting, Brandon Frank and his office manager, Kristy were always up-front, professional, timely and fair They both remained that way throughout the entire process We gave BFC a big task with very little direction We just told them our vision and things we wanted - and they took it from there They were very visionary, courteous and accommodating when we made changes/additions along the way Everyone that worked for/with BFC was also timely, professional, courteous, respectful - but most importantly - great at their particular craft You can tell that BFC has standards that all the employees and sub-contractors must meet The construction included the addition of a new roof line tied into the existing roofThey also replaced the roofing on the entire house The sun room addition also included a HVAC unit, siding, woodwork, larger than new windows, replacement windows, customized bay window (love the way he built it), doors, wood burning stove, vinyl floors, painting, staining and electrical/lighting They had to tie this addition to an existing roof, deck, pool, patio and driveway, and the restraints of a septic tank And it still looks like it has always been part of the original house I would recommend Brandon Frank Construction to anyone who has any home improvement projects, big or small Actually, we contracted them again last week This time they are going to build a privacy fence Personally, I wouldn't (and didn't) call anyone except Brandon Frank Construction Thanks to everyone that helped in our sun room project !!!

Brandon Frank Construction was referred to us when we learned of the extensive water damage done to our home as a result of a construction error made by the original builder MrFrank was responsive to our initial request for service and quickly diagnosed the problem and presented an estimate that was both fair and reasonable
The work was started immediately and his competent team of tradesmen worked non-stop until the project was completedDue to the extent of water damage, an entire wall had to be removed, exterior brick and stone as well as a large portion of the hard wood flooring

My mother recently passed away and it became my responsibility to get her 100 year old house repaired in order to sell it. Brandon F[redacted] and his team gave me a detailed list of repairs that were necessary. They repaired ceilings, painted, and built a fence and retaining wall. Their work was excellent. It was such a burden off of me with
everything else I had to do to be able to put my trust in this firm to take care of this
project. I certainly recommend them.

I've been trying to post an unsolicited Testimonial and I guess this will have to be the place. Tennessee Remodeling and Restoration has been working with our family for about 7 years. The first time we used them was the construction of my son's Custom built home. Just this year 2014, their Craftsman worked on Remodeling my house. They completely stripped her down replaced all windows with Argon filled windows and relocated a few to new outside walls. They removed existing porch and built a safe more accessible one. Installed a complete new Electrical Service. Installed all new Appliances including converting from a gas range to an Electric Convection Stove Stainless Steel Dishwasher and Convection Microwave. Complete ornate Iron Railings on both front and side porches. Lots of Custom Western Cedar. Also removed 1 exterior door and 3 exterior windows. When the job started we had 5 Exterior doors and 14 Exterior Windows now we have 3 Exterior doors and 23 exterior windows which include the sun room! From the roof to the ground just about every thing has been replaced. Currently they are in the process of remodeling my Mother's house, replacing 2 layers of old siding , repairing her roof, installing windows and a couple of new exterior doors. Now I'm tellin you if I will let them work on my mother's house they have to be good!!!! Bottom Line, Everybody is HAPPY< HAPPY< HAPPY! and Our House is now Our Home!!!
