IN ADDITION, BEGINNING THE MONTH FOLLOWING THE INITIAL TREATMENT, THE CUSTOMER MUST PAY THE MONTHLY FEE OF $30 BY AUTOMATIC APPROVED ACH OR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD FOR A PERIOD OF TWELVE (12) CONSECUTIVE MONTHS. Please accept this correspondence as a reply to the above rejection. As explained to the [redacted]'s credit card refunds can take up to ten days to be seen on the credit card account. The refund has already been processed and the account cancelled. This satisfies both the requests made. Please let me know if you need anything further.

A supervisor visited on 10/18/14 and noted that Mr. [redacted] is mowing too low, there are some brown spots from insects, and there is minimal weeds but overall health of  the lawn is fair. Mr. [redacted] would not allow us to try and correct any of his concerns and asked that we cancel the lawn service so...

he could self treat. We cancelled the service 10/20/14.
 
On 10/22/14 - I spoke to Mrs. [redacted] and asked her to remove the Revdex.com complaint and she said she would make sure Mr. [redacted] removed the complaint since we cancelled the service and addressed their concerns .
 
On 10/31/14 - The complaint was still there and I called and left a message asking her again to remove the complaint. She called back in, spoke with [redacted] and said she didn't know her husband never removed the complaint but would message him and have it removed. 
 
On 11/14/14 - I Left another message with Mrs. [redacted] explaining the Revdex.com complaint has still not been removed. I asked her to please call me back so we can discuss it. I asked her if there was something we needed to address that has not been handled I would gladly take care of it for her. Mr. [redacted] then called back and spoke with J[redacted] asking us to stop calling his wife and he has tried to remove the complaint but he cannot.

Please accept this correspondence as reply to the above referenced complaint. Mr. [redacted] signed up for service and received half off his initial service - a $75 discount.  He has had the initial service, a service call and a second lawn service performed. The are mixed grasses that already...

had issues prior to our services. There is no lawn service out there that could have his lawn turned around in two services, especially if there are drought areas and mowing issues also. We have cancelled Mr. [redacted]'s service as requested. Please let me know if you need any further information.
