These guys are bottom feedersComplete scumBeware!!!! You don't want anything they have!!!! They sell JUNK and when they can't find anything wrong with your trade, they start making things up!!!

Purchased a 2007 Jeep Wrangler on 11/22/2014, for my son who travels 4 hours one way to college. Right after purchasing, notice that there was not a jack, owners manual or extra key. I asked xxxxx the salesman if he could request these items from the previous owner. I never received a call back.

On first trip back to school, the rear track bar came off making it un-drivable and very dangerous. This could have easily caused an accident. The rear track bar had to be repaired at town near his school. Had additional repairs that were needed. I called dealer and spoke to a manager and told him about the situations. He seemed unconcerned. I asked him to tell the salesman to call me back. I never heard from anyone. Since receiving no response, I sent son to Jeep dealer while on spring break to get necessary repairs done. I spent over $800 in additional repairs (oil leak, water pump, front track bar, oil pan gasket and rear seal gasket). Took receipt to xxxxx and asked if they were willing to help any on this bill. xxxxx, the sales person said he would check with general manager and get back with me. After another week of not hearing back, I called back. xxxxx said he was sorry, he got busy and forgot to call me. He said since we took it to another dealer, they refused to help with any repairs. I know it was not a brand new vehicle but it was $20k and didn't expect these kinds of problems. Would not recommend Dealer to anyone.

Very smooth process until I actually got the car home. I drove over two hours from [redacted] to purchase a Caliber SRT4 that seemed to be in great shape. I have two small boys at home so I was a bit rushed, but the car SEEMED to be in good shape, I mean, it only had 44K on the odometer. Once I returned home the problems began. The first problem came up when I tried to fill the car up at the gas station. The valve in the gas tank is broken so you cannot put more than a half gallon in at a time. I have worked in the automotive industry for many years and have always filled up my customer's tanks upon a purchase, so I would think this would have been caught. Summary - Car needs an $850 gas tank. The car also has a loud whining sound at the bottom of the engine. I could not figure out the noise and took it to a dealership and found out that the timing chain is hitting the guides and if it breaks it will ruin the entire engine - that's another $980 bill that I will have to deal with. While the car was on the lift at that same dealer, they noticed the ball joints are completely shot and will need replacing as well. I called and emailed the dealership about these issues since I have had the car less than three weeks, and have never heard from them. It is painfully obvious that no one inspected this car, and if they did, I would like to have some of whatever they are on. I thought I was buying a reliable car and ended up with a yard ornament until I can muster up $2000 to pay for the problems that should have been fixed by a so called "reputable dealership.
