I called xxxxx @ Action Appliance to inspect my dryer The home is 30yrs old and the dryer outlet has been in since then He came to inspect the situation and determine the part(s) that might be necessary He also removed the doors from the laundry area so it would be easier for me to paint and him to reach the dryer vent!!
He returned the next day with the parts and had the situation taken care of within minutes His charge was very, very fairThis is my second call to Action Appliance and he is now my "go to person" for this type of advice/repair/replacement This is a fabulous company for quality of work, customer service and price

Action Appliance is a great service provider*** the owner, did a pre-diagnosis of the washer issue so he would possibly have the parts to do the repair and, he didHe has an assistant, *** who is equally as professional Both men are dressed in a uniform, the service van has the name, etcdisplayed and the invoice, etchas the company name
The repair was done efficiently and within minutes as it was a lid switch replacement*** did check the washer over to see that there were no other problems before concluding the repair
I highly recommend this company and these men for appliance repair

After calling one place that wanted $just to come out and diagnose a problem with my oven and give me a repair quote, I called Action The man who answered could not have been nicerAfter I explained that my oven temperature did not seem to be accurate, he explained to me that temperatures do vary quite a bit and that that variance did not necessarily require a repair Furthermore, he told me that I could probably find in the owner's manual exactly how to adjust the temperature myself I was overwhelmed with his helpfulness and his honesty He could have come out, "repaired" my oven, and charged me a great deal of money Instead, he helped me and cost himself a repair call I told him how much I appreciated his integrity and assured him that, when I do need an appliance repair, he will be the only person I callI will recommend him to all my friends, and I hope that by my posting this favorable review, he will gain the business he lost by not taking advantage of me
