Complete lieThey advertised themselves as *** and when confronted they did nothing about itThey said I could get my money back and I have this recorded and when I informed ** of this he said I could not legally record him and he will not provide me with his recordingsHe is inccorect though as I am legally allowed to record themThey also never fixed my business hours that they screwed up for the whole time this scam was perpetrated

I did not contact this company. They contacted me. I was trying to get a web site developed for my business. Certainly I was aware that '*** Ranking' was important to my website, but I did not have a website yet. My objective was to get a website up and worry about the *** Ranking later. I was sent a sample website that was hastily prepared by the company and did not even approximate the website they had promised. I then called them and cancelled the contract. In the beginning I was told that they would not bill me until I received an acceptable website. They continued to emphasize the '*** Ranking' but the website was never given to me for my approval...only the original hastily website was available. I called the company again and cancelled the contract. They continued to bill me per my original letter to you. This company is shady, non-responsive, andI am certain you must have complaints from other customers
