Back in April,I purchased a [redacted] beauty box and a year subscription as a gift for my motherShe redeemed the subscription and received one boxThe springHere it is October and she didnt get a summer or fallI've sent dozens of emails where I was told the boxes were to be shippedSo far nothingI'm tired of getting the run aroundI paid for a product and I expect to get what I've paid forI can't find a phone number to speak to someoneThis company seems sketchy as they take your money and let nothing

I ordered a prenatal “baby box” from ***, and their partner, Brandshare was supposed to handle the transactionI never received my order and they won’t answer my emails I entered my address (in Montana) and the item was delivered to somebody in New YorkI inquired about it, sent screen shots or the order and tracking results and nobody will answer my email

I have been subscribed to their *** beauty box for a couple of years, every season you pay $and they are supposed to send you a box of itemsI had problems getting them to ship my Fall box to me but after a couple of emails they finally didOn Feb they charged me for my Winter box, it has yet to ship, despite numerous emails they refuse to ship it, they had no problem taking my money however!!! Now they're sending me emails saying they are going to charge me for my Spring box, why charge me for another if they are not shipping the one they already owe me!? I have sent emails asking to speak to someone in charge, I was told it would be passed along, never heard a thing! I've asked for my money back, they have ignored me!!
