Do NOT use this business. Rude and unacceptably poor customer service I got a notice we owed more money from the IRS. Contacted Mitch Brandt because I thought they made a math error. Replied flatly that it was no math error they entered the wrong number on one of the lines of my tax return AND Mitch is busy and doesn't have time to talk to me for at least two plus days. Not sure why we pay a tax accountant if it's not to ensure the forms are filled out correctly. Worst customer service I've experienced in years!
