Review: My doctor prescribed me Metanx for neuropathy. The doctor was very clear that I should see results in 90 days and if I didn't, I would get a full refund. Towards the end of 90 days I received a call from a customer service representative telling me that it was time to refill the prescription. I explained that the medication was NOT working and I did not want to refill. I was then transferred to a "nurse" who told me that it has been proven that the medication actually takes 6 months to be fully effective and that I really needed to give it a chance. I asked if I would get a full refund if the medication did not work. I was told "YES". I ordered it with the hope that I would get feeling in the nerves of my foot. Towards the end of the second 90 days I received a message that it was time to renew. I called back and told them I didn't want to renew as it was not doing anything to help me get feeling back in my foot. I was then told that I would see a refund in 7-10 business days. I called again today as I only received back one payment. [redacted] (a customer service rep) told me that it is policy only to give a refund on one 90 day supply. I was livid and said I never would have ordered the second prescription if that was the case and that the company is ripping me off. She said there is nothing she could do. When I said I was going to file a complaint, she said "go ahead". The medication cost over $178 and I want my refund.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund for the first 90 day supply of the medication. $178 is a lot of money for medication. I would not have agreed for a refill if I had not been told that I would get a full refund
