Review: I bought my Honda Civic in March of 2013. From the first day drove it home I began to have problems, including jerking, headlights flickering, A/C cutting off and on, and temperature meter rising to hot when in a parked position etc. I called about my situation numerous times and even brought my car back to the dealer to be checked but was told they didn't see nor feel that anything was wrong. So, due to the fact of them telling my car was fine and me believing them about a few weeks went by and my car ran hot while crossing a bridge and later killed when I made it to the other end. My personal mechanic told me my heads were blown but after getting it towed back to the Ray Brandt dealer there outcome was that it was only a misfire issue. I paid them $590 to fix the problem which was suppose to be a misfire issue and when I later looked at my receipt it read that I paid for a tune-up instead but when I bought my car I was told that they had performed a full service tune-up already. So finally I got my car back and it was still having thae same problems. Later, I called Ray Brandt back to aware them they told me to bring back and when I did they said nothing was wrong once again. After the car kept running hot again I once again angrily brought it back and then the told me "I" blew the heads which my mechanic had been said. This time they kept the car for over a month. I had to literally beg for a rental car and they said the warranty would pay for the vehicle to be fixed and some of the rental days. Maybe 2 weeks into that month they had my car Ray Brandt called the rental place without me knowing and cancelled the account so now I owe Enterprise $752 out of my pocket when they were suppose to cover the cost until my car was done. A month from the day they got my car which was yesterday 8/9/13 I had to pay $398 to get my car once again and before I could make it home my car stopped on me again. My reason for this claim is they repeatedly lied to me n taking my money but not fixing my vehicleDesired Settlement: I really just want my money back or a better running car because obviously they sold me a lemon and they cant fix the problems with this car. I only had my car 5 months and it has been broke than I was able to ride in it. Even though its not working and I'm not able to use it I still have to pay the notes every month for something that is no use to me because I don't want to mess up my credit.I'm just fed up with Ray Brandt and this car. Me and my husband were fired from our jobs because of this
