I called to have a vehicle towed out of my yard. After seeing the tow truck pulling out of the drive way, and my car still sitting in the same spot, I had called to see what was going on. The secretary was both very rude and incredibly disrespectful when we spoke. I explained to her that there was not only 2 people home, but two dogs that act almost like alarms when anyone knocks on the door, so any attempts of contact would have absolutely been heard. I received no phone call from either the company or driver stating they were trying to pick the car up. My explanation was met with a very rude "You should have been out there waiting. Next time the driver shows up you better be outside".
Unless you like being treated like a subhuman, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I WOULD RATHER PUSH MY CAR THAN CALL THIS COMPANY!!!
