I am rejecting this response because:
I paid the balance because they threatened to ruin my creditThe issue is
still not resolvedThey charged me $to leave the apartmentI left it in clean fashion ready for the next renter to move inOne of the charges I disagree with is bird removal for $When I left the apartment there were no bird or animal or anything I had no pets, but some how I get a bird removal fee for $They did not send me any pictures to prove there was a bird or anythingI gave them the keys back and the apartment was immaculateI would never do business with that place again and I recommend other not to do business with themThey are a ripoffThe other issue I have was the $clean up fees they hadThey showed pictures of dust and that cost $to cleanThat's the most expensive dust in the worldI am not satisfied.Regards,*** ***
