Review: On around January *, 2013, I purchased the premium membership account at Brandyourself.com. The premium membership was billed for approximately $34.99 every 3 months, and I faithfully used Brandyourself.com's services from that January date until November **, 2014, when I received an unsolicited email from the [redacted] of [redacted], who indicated that my account violated Brandyourself.com's Terms of Use. He cited the general policy from the Company's website but never stated any specific reasons in the initial email. As a user of that website and service, I was certain I had not violated the Terms of Use and that the problem might be a misunderstanding. I then proceeded to email and call [redacted] (one of the Company's [redacted]) to discuss the issue, and he indicated that I should send a follow-up email to [redacted] explaining that I had discussed the problem with him ([redacted]) and that I had no violated the company's Terms of Use. However, even after explaining the circumstances of my situation to [redacted], he still did no re-activate my account and stated that his company policies had become stricter recently. I then contacted [redacted], and he indicated (in an email dated November **, 2014) that he would look into the matter further through his company's legal department and follow-up with me about what he found out and why my account was in violation of the company's Terms of Use. [redacted] never emailed or called me back to follow-up on my issue, and to date, I have left him several emails and voice messages that were never returned. This experience was rather disturbing because I had paid for the company's premium membership for nearly 22 months and at no point in time, was there ever an issue with me using that service for search engine optimization. If there was a problem with my account or my use of that website, it would have been more appropriate for the company to inform me early on so I could have selected another service or rectified the problem with my account. After using that service for 22 months, I am now placed in a predicament with no way to monitor my online platform or perform search engine optimization. To add to this disconcerting experience, [redacted] never even returned any of my calls to even let me know how all of a sudden after almost 22 months that my account was in violation of the company's Terms of Use or propose a viable solution to the problem.Desired Settlement: I am by no means trying to be spiteful toward those at Brandyourself.com, but I am now placed in a predicament without any way to monitor my online search results and place positive information out there for search engine optimization. I would, at the very least, respectfully request a phone call back from [redacted] so he can explain the specific circumstances as to the why my account was closed after nearly 2 years of faithful and appropriate use of Brandyourself's website.
