Very happy with Accurate Group of Fl. Franz is always helpful They replaced several windows for us, installed storm shutters all around, and installed a new storm garage door for us. Work stayed within estimate, was performed timely and well, and, Franz came back over a year later when one of the windows had a minor issue. No charge. He even came over and fixed the adjustment on our garage door opener even though I installed it myself.

I've recommended his company to two picky close friends-- they have been happy with his work and fair price too.

Thanks Franz. You are my goto guy for windows, garage doors and shutters...

Review: In September 2010, we dropped off my 2002 Hyundai Elantra GT at Brandywine Auto Repair in [redacted]. At that time, we were told the clutch needed to be repaired. We had two other working cars at the time, so repairs did not need to be done immediately. However, in August of 2011, we asked the owner (**) to please finish all repairs on the vehicle, since it was now needed. The owner has failed to repair the vehicle, as it has been sitting on his lot all this time. We would call or visit the business on average 2-3 times per week, only to be told it will be finished. We had to initiate all contact, since the owner didn't contact us one time from September 2010 until February 2013. In February 2013, we placed a call to the owner stating that if he wasn't able to fix the car, that we would take it elsewhere. The owner became upset, and will not return our car to us. He has had the car on the lift for a month now with no phone call. The car is still not fixed and continues to be in his possesion. During this time, the car has begun to rust on the outside and deteriorate on the inside. An example being the steering wheel has begun to peel off, the leather seats are showing some cracks, and the wheelbase on the outside of the car and started to rust. The car was well-maintained since purchased in 2002. There were no rust or interior issues in September 2010 when the car was left for repair. If, and when, we ever get the car back, we are afraid to drive the vehicle with our two young children inside, for fear of safety issues. The car has now sat on this lot for 30 months, and we are afraid it will not be in driveable condition.Desired Settlement: We offered to pay the owner for the parts, but not for labor, in monthly installments for as long as he had the vehicle. In February 2013, he again told us the vehicle would be fixed in a week. At that time, I offered to pay the cost of the parts in monthly installments over a period of time. The owner became angry and has had the car up on the lift for the past month with no phone call. We are tired of having to visit or call the business, just to hear the same rhetoric that has been given to us for the past two years. We do not believe that this car will ever be fixed and in driveable condition. Since he has had our car in his possesion, and is not repairing the vehicle, we request that he pay us fair market value for the vehicle.
